First chain of auto parts and automotive spare parts stores to use artificial intelligence and advanced video analytics from Aivat Smart Retail applied to real-time consumer analysis

Jomar Autopartes is a Mexican spare parts store with more than 60 branches throughout the country, dedicated to the commercialization of spare parts and automotive products, with a great spirit of customer service, always seeking innovation and agility in its operations.

Challenge: Generate consumer KPIs such as: time spent in the branch, capacity, boarding time, people passing through lines and checkouts, heat map of busiest areas, conversion rates. All this to be able to make data-based decision-making and optimize customer service, product distribution, marketing strategies and increased sales.

Proposal: Implementation of our Aivat Smart Retail software, which through artificial intelligence transforms the current CCTV system into an advanced video analytics system to extract all the information in real time and with great precision through interactive dashboards that can be accessed either from a computer , tablets or cell phones, in addition to providing Business Intelligence tools for a more detailed analysis.

Results: Since the implementation of the system in several of Jomar's branches, it has been possible to optimize customer service processes, as well as making important decisions regarding the commercial and marketing strategy to optimize resources and maximize sales.
